I am an interdisciplinary artist and filmmaker based in Philadelphia, drawing from my experiences as an Afro-Boricua Trans woman to explore themes of culture, gender, race, and sexuality. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and raised in Philadelphia, I overcame limited creative opportunities during my early years through determination, earning scholarships and working professionally as a dancer and choreographer.

My interdisciplinary practice combines movement, film, sculpture, installation, and abstraction to create layered works inspired by personal and communal histories. Ritualistic repetition, rhythmic patterns, and immersive visuals reflect my exploration of identity and the tension between confinement and liberation.

Through my work, I aim to spark dialogue, empathy, and connection, offering representation to marginalized voices and creating space for stories often left unspoken. By revisiting themes of autonomy and resilience, I strive to craft art that challenges boundaries and fosters understanding.
